natural stone heating

What is natural stone heating?

The fact that apartments and houses were heated from a central location with central heating was a revolution in thermal technology in the 1950s. By the good alternative, the fuels gas and oil, the comfortable heating was made possible. Lack of resources, environmental pollution and the increased occurrence of allergic reactions are, however, reasons that are responsible for the return of the old heating technology. Since natural stone heating modernizes a heat principle originating from earlier times, it comes to the attention of architects and house owners.

Even in times past, the heating technology of the tiled stoves, which is comparable to the solar thermal principle, was admired. The tiled stove warms by the so-called principle of radiant heat, in which the heat is distributed evenly in the room without reducing the humidity. In the case of central heating it works differently, it has a negative effect on the climate of a room. The heat is released from the radiators normally located in each room to the air in such a way that it begins to circulate. Man lives in this air cycle and sits exactly in the midst of the swirling dust particles and the pathogenic constituents. Despite the warmth in this room, he asks himself, his head is warm, but the feet are cool. Responsible for this is the room air, which is constantly circulated and with which man, as already mentioned, is constantly confronted. Here, there is no uniform distribution of hot air.

In natural stone heating, which can also be referred to as partial storage heating, this works differently. The heating of the room takes place with this heating by radiant heat. This means that it releases the heat through an approximately 80 percent share of the heat radiation. Like the sun, it completely permeates the air without heating it. This function also ensures that the humidity in the heated room is maintained. This is by no means the case with the central heating system. The air dries very strongly and this can lead to serious difficulties. In order to reduce the air-dryness mentioned, the room air is often moistened artificially. This, however, quickly leads to an extreme formation of mold. The beginning is to be found on the walls of houses and apartments, then penetrates into the walls and can lead to health problems in the long term. In the case of natural stone heating, the relative humidity is maintained, since there is no air circulation. In addition, the temperature of the room can be reduced by up to three degrees with the same heat sensation with this type of heating. This also helps to reduce costs, which is not insignificant. Since it is so healthy and environmentally friendly, Eurotherm natural stone heating is also recommended by architects. There is therefore a clear difference in the distribution of heat between a central heating system and a natural stone heating system. Radiant heat is used by natural stone heating and convection heat is used to heat the central heating system. but this heating technology was compared to the previous version of the tiled stove. Therefore, a temperature control of a single room has also been made possible with natural stone heating. Even if it has been switched off for a long time, it releases heat even further, which is a decisive advantage. the Sparfaktor comes naturally again.

Finally, the visual appearance of a natural stone heating system should not be ignored. They are available in both a fine marble and fine granite in a large color palette. They give the room in which they are placed the certain flair. Not only is the natural stone heating certainly one of the most innovative heating techniques, but it also shines through the simplicity and environmental friendliness. It also shows its advantages by the fact that the cost of the effort is a lot less than that of a normal central heating system. This is because there are no cost factors such as heating boilers, maintenance and chimney sweep, which will also reduce costs in the future.
